Inno Textiles cc develops, manufactures, and supplies a wide variety of needled and Thermobonded non-woven products to a broad spectrum of customers.  We are committed to doing this at a consistent quality designed to meet the customers’ requirements whilst maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment to world class standards. One of these systems is our Quality Management System (QMS) that conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
 
As the Inno Textiles cc Managing Member, I will ensure that our Quality Management System is directed towards achieving the following objectives:
 

• Only accepting orders and contracts within our capacity to deliver

• Build, maintain, and continually improve robust and effective systems which when followed guarantee the desired outcome.
• Ensuring our people are safe, skilled, and motivated and always behave in an ethical manner

• Employing and developing people who have the necessary skills and experience to improve our products and service

• Aiming to always deliver on time; recognizing that deadlines are a crucial part of our business
• Supporting and developing suppliers who are committed to Quality Improvement
• Reacting to problems quickly and systematically and fostering a team approach to problem solving
